Why me? 🤔

Why me? 🤔 *

  • With over nine years of customer service experience, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people in diverse settings—from serving ice cream to coaching Pilates classes. These roles taught me how to truly understand people’s needs, anticipate their challenges, and communicate solutions effectively. This human-centered approach carries into my design work, ensuring that users always feel prioritized, understood, and empowered.

  • As a designer, I believe that great decisions are grounded in insights. I use data as a guiding force in my process—whether it’s analyzing user behavior, gathering feedback from usability tests, or leveraging analytics tools to identify pain points. By combining qualitative research with quantitative metrics, I ensure that my designs are not only intuitive but also impactful. Data-driven design allows me to advocate for user needs while delivering measurable results that align with business goals.

  • My background in game design, marketing, and customer service gives me a unique edge in approaching design challenges. This combination of skills allows me to think creatively, market strategically, and design with empathy. It’s this multi-faceted perspective that helps me craft innovative solutions that stand out.

  • Collaboration has always been at the heart of my work. With over eight years of experience in design teams, I know how to build strong relationships, foster open communication, and lead with purpose. As President of my college’s game design club, VP of my sorority, and Lead Supervisor at my dormitory, I honed my ability to inspire teams and bring visions to life.

  • I truly believe that ambiguity isn’t a challenge, but rather an opportunity. Having worked in a dynamic startup environment, I’ve learned to adapt quickly, embrace new ideas, and streamline workflows to support rapid growth. Whether it’s refining an onboarding process or implementing scalable design systems, I thrive in fast-paced settings where every decision counts.
